At Footively, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied.
However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product.
This document explains our return policy clearly and transparently.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Request your return by emailing info@footively.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier from us.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, it is the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
